Will be doing networking for India's top pharma company Franchise Development Manager Job Description We are looking for a PHARMA Franchise Development Manager / PCD /PHARMA to join our team and help us grow our franchise network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential franchisees/MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES , as well as managing the franchise sales process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and initiatives to generate interest in our franchise opportunity. If you are a self driven, self-starter with a passion for business development and sales, then we want you on our team! Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and execute on a strategic plan to identify, qualify and convert prospective franchisees/pcd that align with the company's target market and growth objectives • Use social Media platforms, Market data /Market connections to generate leads and appoint franchisee . • Conduct initial discovery calls and webinars with prospective franchisees • Manage the franchise sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting conversions • Execute franchisee agreements support • Responsible for generating business from new franchisee for the Company's growth. • Handling franchisee in office & Coordinate with them through Telephonic & E-mails. • Making new Pharma Franchisee / distributors of PCD in all over India district-wise. • Establish & Maintain relationship with parties by providing regular information and expand franchisee network. • Reporting to Management regarding the networking reports in detailed current, growth and future franchisee. • helping franchisee to increase prescribing doctor base and prescription . Roles and Responsibilities • Generating leads , converting lead, appointing franchisee , developing franchisee in all possible ways • Making franchisee Sell the company's Product Portfolio to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. • Developing franchisee for an in-depth understanding of company Products. • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases/ Prescriptions. • Following up on leads generated by the company. • Preparing presentations for potential customers. • Researching competitors Products and their respective market performances. • Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.   Desired Candidate Profile • 8-10 years of experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical field), of which at least (6) in a managerial position at a pharma Industry. • Strong leadership skills • Deep expertise in data analysis and in building successful strategies using data driven analysis that drive business results • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills • Strong network with clients (Franchisee Development Managers) working in the Pharmaceutical Business. • You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role. • You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization
